Return / Refund conditions
Our No1 objective is to give our customers 100% satisfaction when purchasing and wearing our products.
Within the same spirit, if you feel the need to return an item we will gladly make it happen.
Please follow the guidelines outlined here below :
- Merchandise can be returned for a refund within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. In the case of a product that has been worn and/or washed we will be obliged to refuse the return. In such a situation we will inform you that your return request has been rejected. We will then offer you to send you back the package at your own cost.
- Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
- Note that the shipping cost to return the product will be at your own expense.
Return / Refund procedure
- Before returning the merchandise you must send us an email with the following information :
- the name & reference of the item you want to return (check on the invoice)
- the invoice number
- why do you want to return the product (this information is used to improve our customer service)
- Within 2 working days you will receive a “return authorization” number
