BAHIA ORIGINALS LTD / BASSULA®  SHIPPING POLICY

 
1.Order processing

• The Bassula® team is located in Salvador do Bahia / Brazil.
• We ship your packages every day  from Monday to Friday except during holidays.
• Every product is checked before shipment in order to ensure that it is in perfect condition and according to your order.
• Order received after 12pm local time are processed the following day.

2. Shipping company

• The shipments are made through the Brazilian Post Office Express Service which is working jointly with the national post service in other countries.

3.  List of countries we ship to (in alphabetical order)

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, China, Chile, Columbia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, HongKong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea South, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherland, New Zeland, New Caledonia, Norway, Peru,Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA, Urugay,Venezuela.

4. Mode of shipment & Estimated delivery time*

• For Brazil we offer only the “Economy Shipping” mode.

• For international shipments we offer 2 modes of shipment  :
  • “Priority Shipping” 
  • “Economy Shipping”

• In order to estimate the time that it will take for you to receive you package in “Priority Shipping” or  “Economy Shipping”  please refer to the table  below.

* Please note that Bahia Originals LTDA can not be held responsible for the time taken by the Brazilian Post Office to ship your package.

 
5. Shipping cost*

* Please note that the Shipping cost information does not cover the potential charge of Duties & Taxes imposed by your local country custom& administration policies. It only relates to the cost of transportation of the goods.

To date, the SEDEX (Brazilian post office ) service is the most cost effective option out of Brazil.

The cost of shipping varies according to 3 factors :

• Weight of the packgage to be sent
• Destination of shipment
• Mode of transportation (Priority or Economy)

Note that Bahia Originals LTDA participates to the shipping cost in order to make your purchase more affordable.

When entering your specific product selection and access to your account you will be able to visualize the shipping cost details before confirming your order.

How to optimize your shipping cost ?

Based on the Sedex transportation cost calculation system + the weight of the products that you buy,  they are ways to optimize your shipping cost.

For example : wether you buy 2 or 3  S/S Tee Shirts you will still be in the same weight/cost range.

• This means that if you buy 3 S/S Tee Shirts your shipping  cost will not be higher than if you only buy 2.

You will therefore have 1 product for which your shipping cost will = 0

As well, you should know that if your shipping address is in the listed European countries, USA or Canada the maximum shipping cost you will have to pay is 18 USD (using the Economy Shipping mode)

6. Free* Shipping

* Please note that the Free Shipping offer does not cover the potential charge of Duties & Taxes imposed by your local country custom& administration policies. It only relates to the cost of transportation of the goods.

In order to make your purchase more cost effective we offer to pay 100% of the shipping  cost. The offer is based on a minimum number of products being purchased, using the “Economy Shipping” mode only.

The minimum quantity varies according to the delivery address.
